ADMISSIONS – 2018-19

 

Admission Process:

Admission Process 2017-18
A) Submit form online.
B) WITHIN two days Print the form, and submit to school office along with the following cash payments:

  1. ₹ 1000/- (Rs. One Thousand only) towards admission form. (Non-Refundable). On receipt of the ₹1000/- towards Admission Form, you will be handed over the Terms & Conditions that will give you the details of all other fees (Admission Fee, Term 1, Term 2 Fees, Transport Fees etc) payable by you.
  2. If the fees Terms and Conditions are suitable to you, you will be requested to sign a copy of the same as acceptance and submit it along with a cash payment of ₹ 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only) towards PART PAYMENT of a one time “ADMISSION FEE” of Rs. 30,000/- (Rs. Thirty Thousand Only)
C) List of documents to be submitted along with form:

  1. One latest passport size photograph of the child.
  2. Copy of Birth Certificate of the child.
  3. Copy of the Adhaar Card of the child.
  4. Copy of Medical Certificate of the child.
  5. Copy of Proof of Residence of the Parent (Electricity bill/Rental agreement).
  6. Copy of Last Educational degree/Qualification of both parents.
  7. Copy of Caste Certificate of the child (wherever applicable).
  8. Copy of the report card from previous school attended by the child (wherever applicable).
D) The admission office will check the documents submitted by you and Appointment dates will be given by email to you. (The first round of appointments will be given from 1st November onwards) Note:  Both parents must accompany child for the interview.
Please note that if all available seats are filled in the first round there will be NO second round of appointments and the admissions will stand closed for the academic year 2018-19.
E) After the interview WITHIN TWO WORKING days of your appointment you will receive an email stating if admission is granted / not granted.
F) If admission is granted, you are requested to pay the balance admission fee & first term fee as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions, within 5 working days of admission being granted. This amount may be paid by Cheque or cash ONLY AT BUND GARDEN BRANCH of ICICI Bank.
Note: IF admission is not granted your ₹5000/- will be refunded to you within two working days.
G) After admission is granted and entire admission fee is received:

  1. Original Transfer Certificate of the Child (wherever applicable) will have to be submitted at the school office within 30 days of admission being granted.
  2. Non-payment of the both the amounts in “F” within the stipulated time, will lead to an automatic cancellation of the said admission and NO REFUND of any amounts paid will be made under any circumstances. 
IMPORTANT NOTE:
AFTER you pay the amount/s in cash/cheque at the ICICI Bank you must submit at the school office a copy of the payment acknowledgement issued to you by the bank WITHIN TWO WORKING DAYS of making such payment/s.

  • Examinations will start from Std. IV, to help them get ready for their exam pattern of learning, as required by the council for ICSE.
  • Heavy school bags create a burden for their growing bodies. Children are provided desks with lockers, so they take home only those books needed for regular study and assessments.
